Broadcast Music Licensing

Thank you for using  1919 Publishing's licensing application.  This process enables you to request a synchronization license to broadcast your program, film, advertisement, etc. in various media outlets.  
 

By obtaining a license through this system, you warrant and represent that you have the authority to enter into binding agreements or licenses on behalf of your company.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that all licenses and communications that 1919 Publishing provides to you electronically will, by mutual agreement, satisfy any legal requirement that such licenses or communications be in writing, and that such licenses and communications are of the same legal effect as though they had been approved in non-electronic, hard copy form.  Further, you agree that you may accept and enter into binding agreements, including licenses, by electronic means without the requirement of a signature.
